It has been a very long time sense I have updated my Journal. Mainly because I am so busy with College, Freelance work, and most importantly my family. Six months ago me and my wife had another child that we named Morgan Jade Eckert. She is such a sweetie, and she lights up my day every morning when I get her out of bed. Morgan always greets me with a huge smile.
     So besides family College is going well I have a 3.50 GPA, and I settled on a minor in Interactive Media. To go with my Major in Graphic Design, I have also do some thinking on the future of Graphic Design as far as a print focus and have decided when I am done with Kendall College of Art and Design, I will be either attending Motion Picture Institute in Troy Michigan or Dave's School at Universal Studios in Orlando Florida. The move into Film is stemming societies love affair with the new iPhone's and their want a be counter parts. I believe that Graphic Design with a Print focus will lose allot of steam with the new phones and type of media that they can handle along with the go green movement. Even though most paper that graphic designers use in their job is at least 30% post consumer (meaning recycled . . . or at least 30% of it).
     My education goals my be a little lofty but in the long run can pay off in more ways then one. I should be completely done with ALL of my college and schooling by Fall or Spring 2011. Well that is about all that has been going on with me. I do have a couple of exciting prospects right now including a possible PSA (Public Service Announcement) about the economy and helping to pick up. This PSA is in the works of going up in New York and Chicago. So if it goes up I will make sure to let every one know.
